I have fond memories of watching PBS as a family--even with all those pesky "pledge us some money" interruptions. PBS is where I watched Sesame Street, Reading Rainbow, The Nutcracker ballet, and even Riverdance :)
But the best thing they play is Anne of Green Gables.
I now, I break from blogging, to laugh at how cute it is when Gilbert Blythe winks at Anne.

I love Gilbert Blythe. You know how many women are in love with Mr. Darcy (played by Colin Firth)? Well, as a kid, I viewed Gilbert Blythe the same way many women view Mr. Darcy. I love the books and I love the PBS movie! Thanks for helping me remember.
