If you visit Rexburg, visit the Cocoa Bean! It was one of our many food stops in Rexburg, and we loved their cupcakes and frozen lemonade. It seems that eating is both a Thomason and a Ross tradition, so we made sure we also stopped for some Chinese food, and a few cream-drenched snow cones as well!
We also went to Jackson to see the Bar J Wranglers. They serve a fabulous cowboy-style dinner, and then we were entertained by some songs and humor. We had a fun night with the Thomason clan, and it was great to be in beautiful Jackson!
