We headed up to Lucky Peak for a "water break." Unfortunately, the water was so cold, we would only put our feet in, but it was nice to take our camp chairs to the edge of the lake, and relax with our books!
We also walked around the beautiful rose garden near the art museums, and then headed over to the Human Rights Memorial. It's really neat, and filled with quotes of historical human rights significance (there is even one from President Hinckley!) I would highly recommend spending a few minutes there if you go to Boise. It was a great reminder of how people can rise above the confines of their trials, and we can learn a lot from them.
